Dear All Shala Volunteers , Shala Families, and Shala Supporters,

As we celebrate a decade of growth, learning, and community, I am filled with immense pride and gratitude. It is with great joy that we mark the 10th anniversary of Chicago Marathi Vidyamandir, a place where students of all ages come together to celebrate and embrace their ethnic heritage, share in the richness of diverse cultures, and create lasting bonds of friendship and understanding.

In these ten years, we have witnessed the transformation of our school from a vision into a thriving, vibrant community. We have seen children learn not only their own Marathi language but also the values of respect, unity, and pride in our cultural identity. Together, we have built a safe and welcoming space where our mother tongue and culture is not just celebrated but cherished.

Our journey has not always been easy, but it has been incredibly rewarding. None of this would have been possible without the dedication of our administration teams, the unwavering support of our Maharashtra Mandal Chicago senior advocates , shala families, and the commitment of our volunteers through the last 10 years. It is because of each of you that we continue to grow and provide a meaningful educational experience that bridges generations, honors our traditions, and empowers our future leaders.

As we reflect on the last ten years, we look forward with excitement to the many milestones yet to come. Our mission remains as strong as ever: to provide quality education that nurtures the mind, celebrates the spirit, and strengthens the bonds that unite us all.
